Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use is registered in their own name; use of a third party's payment method is prohibited. 6. Limitation of Liability

You access any such external content entirely at your own risk. Nothing in this section is intended to exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by bingoolus's negligence, to the extent that such exclusions are not permitted by law.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
bingoolus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that a user has violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties. Upon closure of an account, any remaining balance that is not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the account holder via their nominated withdrawal method, subject to applicable verification and processing requirements. Accounts may also be suspended temporarily during the course of an investigation into suspected fraud, identity issues, or technical irregularities.
